Document Retrieval & Preparation Services

Comprehensive coordination of certified copies, translations, and official document filings for domestic and international use. Ideal for individuals, businesses, and law firms needing accurate, secure, and timely documentation support.

Vital Records Retrieval

Starting at $99 + Official Fees

Birth, Death, Marriage, Divorce — we coordinate certified copies directly from the issuing agency. If a notarized sworn statement and ID are required, we’ll provide the correct form and facilitate a local notary.
Typical uses include immigration, travel, legal, and benefits purposes. Turnaround times vary by state (usually 1–3 weeks). 

Certified Copies (Court / Agency)

Starting at $89 + Official Fees

We retrieve certified or true copies from courts, clerks, and government agencies (such as judgments, corporate filings, transcripts, and licenses). These documents are ready for apostille or legalization upon request.
Typical turnaround: 3–5 business days depending on jurisdiction. 

County Recording Services

Starting at $69 + Recording Fees

We file and record documents with County Recorder’s Offices, including deeds, liens, releases, powers of attorney, and affidavits. We also confirm recording details upon completion. 

Same-day or next-day service is available in many counties. 


 


Certified Translation Coordination

Per-page: $65 (up to ~250 words) Per-word: $0.25 – $0.75 (for longer documents)

 We handle end-to-end coordination with vetted professional translators and provide a Certificate of Accuracy. Documents are USCIS, court, and consulate-ready.


 Typical turnaround: 1–3 business days depending on document volume.
